Founded in 1975 by Dr. Josefina V. Suarez and Francisco B. Alido, Sr., Elizabeth Seton School (ESS) began as a small preschool in Bacoor, Cavite with 34 students. Inspired by St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, the school grew into a Catholic Filipino institution recognized as a Center for Excellence in basic education.
Now with campuses in Las Piñas and Cavite, ESS provides learner-centered, technology-enabled education grounded in Constructivism and Entrepreneurship. It forms principled, competent, and lifelong learners rooted in faith, nationalism, and service.
Over the years, ESS has reached major milestones: establishing its Las Piñas campus in 1987, opening the Cavite campus in 1998, earning PAASCU accreditation, and achieving Level 3 accreditation during the pandemic. The school has also marked its anniversaries with meaningful community initiatives, including record-breaking blood donation drives and large-scale performances.
Today, as it celebrates 50 years in 2025, Elizabeth Seton School continues to uphold academic excellence, strong Catholic values, and modern facilities that support holistic formation from preschool to senior high school.
