Cebu Normal University (CNU) is one of the oldest educational institutions in Cebu, Philippines, established in 1902 as a provincial normal school. It began as a branch of the Philippine Normal School and has since grown into a full university, recognized as Region 7’s Center of Teacher Development and Center of Nursing Excellence.
